Based in Silicon Valley with consultants and coaches around the world, Catalyst Consulting Team provides strategic-alignment services, organizational consulting, leadership development, executive coaching, team training and online feedback systems.

Since 1985, Catalyst has been a pioneer in helping companies “break the mold” through innovative programs that challenge individuals and teams to learn new ways of working together.

Our directive is to discover, develop and deliver the most useful tools, content, and methods available today. We partner with our clients to consider the company context (mission and values), the team’s challenges (communication, conflict, strategies), and the culture to which the company aspires. Then we adapt our skills and knowledge to reinforce your company's development efforts. Our distinctive coaching approach serves to cultivate and support a strong management bench.
